Are there graves available in Rockwood Cemetery? Do you have to have lived in Rockwood to be buried in the cemetery? Discipline: Heritage Rockwood Cemetery	There are grave spaces available in Rockwood Cemetery, both for full size burials and for cremation interments. Although many of the families that use Rockwood Cemetery are from the Rockwood area, you do not have to live in the community to purchase interment rights (grave space) there.

Compliments or Complaints - who do I call? Discipline: Heritage Rockwood Cemetery	Of course, everyone loves compliments and we are no different. We appreciate if you let us know what we are doing right! If you feel you have to complain, please call us. We will address your concerns promptly. A staff member will check the situation and someone will get back to you quickly with our answer or solution to your concern. Our local number is 519-822-1271. Can more than one person be buried in a single grave? Discipline: Heritage Rockwood Cemetery	Yes, more than one person can be interred in a single grave. Three people can go in one grave, but only one can be a traditional or full sized interment, the other two must be cremation interments. Of course, all three can be cremation interments if a full size interment is not required.

Do you allow interments on a Sunday? Discipline: Heritage Rockwood Cemetery	No. Interments are not carried out on Sundays or on Legal holidays. Interments can be arranged on weekdays or for Saturday mornings. For management and organizational reasons, we require 12 working hours notice before an interment can take place. In most cases your Funeral Home representative will make the arrangments with us on your behalf.

How much is a grave in Rockwood. What does it cost to be buried there? Discipline: Heritage Rockwood Cemetery	The cost depends on whether the grave is full sized or cremation. The charges to open and close the grave vary as well. Please call our office at 519-822-1271 and someone will be pleased to discuss the choices available to you and the related costs. If you choose, we will send a map of the cemetery and our printed price list for your convenience.

Who do I contact if I need to purchase a grave in Rockwood Cemetery? Discipline: Heritage Rockwood Cemetery	Woodlawn Memorial Park, the largest cemetery in nearby Guelph, manages Rockwood Cemetery. Their experienced staff can advise you on purchasing interment rights, cemetery services and on purchasing your monument or marker. If required, a member of our staff will meet you at the cemetery to show you and explain the grave spaces available. Woodlawn also has a memorial designer on staff to help you choose a monument that is personal. One that is right and reflects the lives and interests of you and your family.
