If you are an artist or arts worker interested in being in the directory, please complete the following form.

ID number: 		If you are already listed on the site, and would like to change any of your information, enter your Artist Directory ID number and click 'get my info'. This page will refresh to show the information currently on file.

Discipline: Select your main discipline.
Sub-discipline: Select a sub-discipline.

Role: Select a role that most closely describes your arts practice.
Town/City: Select the town or city where you reside or practice in.
Affliliations
/Associatons:
(optional)		 Affiliations/Associations are any groups that you are associated with in your arts practice. A web site link will be automatically entered if the group is a member of this web site.
